  1. What is Predictive Analytics?

    Predictive analytics encompasses a variety of techniques from statistics, data mining and game theory that analyze current and historical facts to make a prediction about future events.

    Predictive analytics starts with a question; what are we attempting to answer? In business, predictive models exploit patterns found in historical transactional data to identify risks and opportunities. Models capture relationships among many factors to allow assessment of risk or potential associated with a particular set of conditions, guiding future decision making.

We then study your customers and place them into buckets of behavior predicting that the next customers are going to behave the same way.
