How
do I search for specific dates?
On the lower left hand side of the home page, look
for the green "Search Now." button. Directly under this
icon, there are more search options including "dates". Click on
"dates" and you will be able to search for deals starting on
a specific date.
What
is your no-show or cancellation policy?
Each of our partners has a different no-show policy,
so it varies based on which deal you select. However, the individual
no-show and cancellation policies are listed clearly on the "deal
detail" page for each Trooval deal. Following confirmation of your
Trooval experience, a representative from the resort will contact you
to confirm your reservation and explain the resort cancellation policy.
If
everything is free, why is there a retail value listed?
All deals on our site have a real value. Retail value
is the amount you would normally have to pay, but don't in exchange
for your time. Because your time is valuable and you want to get the
most out of your time, we want to show you the most expensive deals
first. Those represent the best trade-off of value for your time.
How
do I view, change or cancel a reservation?
To view active or previous reservations, visit your
Deal Dashboard. There you will find a list of all your reservations,
your personal account information and your watch list. If you
would like to change the date of a reservation, simply click cancel
and re-book the deal for a different date.
How
do I contact Trooval?
If you have questions regarding your membership or
how the site works, start with this Frequently Asked Question section.
If the answer isn't here, feel free to click on the Feedback tab on
the right hand part of your screen and ask us directly. If you have
a question regarding a specific reservation you have booked, please
check your confirmation email or your Deal Dashboard for the deal details.
There you will find the name and contact information for your personal
Trooval guide at the resort hosting your experience.
What
if I feel that a cancellation has been charged to me incorrectly?
If you believe a cancellation fee was charged to your
credit card incorrectly, please contact the resort immediately using
the message center of your Deal Dashboard.
Before
I joined I saw better offers than the ones displayed after I became
a member, why?
Each member sees different deals. This is because
Trooval provides a personalized experience. Based upon your individual
details, we match you with the most appropriate deals from our Trooval
partners.
What
if I forget my Trooval password?
No problem. Click on "Forgot your password?"
on the registration page and Trooval will resend your password to your
registered email address.
Can
I have someone else make a Trooval reservation for me?
Trooval reservations are for Trooval members only.
However, if you or your friends want to experience a deal through Trooval,
membership to Trooval is free!
I
just called the resort and they did not have a record of my reservation?
Some Trooval partners have a separate reservation
system that may take some time before the Trooval member booking is
transferred. If this occurs, simply contact the partner representative
that finalized your Trooval booking offline. Also, send us a note through
our Feedback tab and we will help you resolve this.
Why
am I not receiving confirmation and other emails?
The most common problem we have is when spam filter send your Trooval mail to your junk mail folder. Check your junk email
folder and make sure your filters are set to allow Trooval mail. Also,
review your Trooval profile to check that you have provided us a correct
email address.
How
do I update my personal information?
Go to the Profile tab on your Deal Dashboard. Updating
your profile helps us improve the quality of deals that are displayed
for you.
How
long does it take to confirm my trip with a Trooval resort?
Trooval bookings are usually confirmed within 24 hours.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the resort to contact you.
Why
should I complete a Trooval survey after I redeem a deal?
Trooval is all about improving customer satisfaction.
That's why it is important that you give us your feedback about your
experience. Your opinion will help us make our site better.
Why
do resorts have to call me to confirm my reservation?
To ensure that the dates you selected are available,
the resort will call to confirm the dates of your booking. They will
also review your qualifications and go over what to expect to ensure
you have a hassle free vacation.
Why
does a resort require my credit card information to secure my reservation?
Deals offered through Trooval are only available to
us in limited quantities - like frequent flier seats. Your credit
card is needed to guarantee that your reservation is honored. As long
as you attend the presentation, there is never a charge.
What
if I want to add to my trip? For example, if my Trooval deal only
includes 2 nights in Hawaii and I wish to stay longer?
Many Trooval partners offer extra nights or upgrades
on deals for a fee. When the resort calls to confirm your reservation,
you can arrange to extend your stay. You can also call the resort directly
if your deal is already booked. See the deal details page for more information.
How
do I add a special request or note to my reservation? For example,
in celebration of a birthday or anniversary?
You are able to send messages using your message center
on your Deal Dashboard directly to any of Trooval's partners that you
have booked a deal through. You can also mention this when the resort
calls to confirm your reservation.
I
am looking for a golf experience via Trooval? How do I do that?
You can use Trooval's advanced search features. Click
on activities under "More Search Options" and select golf from
the list.
How
can I quickly tell my friends about Trooval?
You can use Trooval's "Share It" tool to
invite all of your friends and family from your email contact book or
favorite social networking site.
How
do I add certain experiences to my Trooval wish list?
Enter the key words that you are looking for into
Dealwatcher. You will be notified when a deal becomes available
that matches your criteria.
How
do I unsubscribe to Trooval's newsletter?
On you Dashboard, click on My Account, My Preferences
and click No to stop receiving Trooval Times.
How
do I cancel my Trooval membership?
Send us a message and let us know that you no longer
wish to be a member of Trooval.
Who
sees my answers to the Trooval Experience Survey?
Trooval's partners will only see the summary of our
customer's survey responses. We will never share your individual responses.
Your feedback will only be used to improve customer service. That's
why it's important to be as accurate in your review as possible.

is your privacy policy?

Will
the resort know who I am when I submit feedback?
No, Trooval will not share with our partners your
survey data at a detailed level. We will collect the survey responses
in summary form when providing feedback to our clients. Your feedback
is completely anonymous.
How
do Trooval partner resorts use the results from the Trooval Experience
Surveys?
Partner Resorts use the results to improve customer
experiences and to be able to provide training for their employees.
