1-2 days after booking this deal, you will receive a call from the resort. We will confirm your booking and provide you with any additional information you might need. Our goal is to ensure that we make your mini-vacation exciting, memorable, and relaxing. If you would like to purchase additional days for your vacation, you can do that at this time.

When you arrive:

Following the day of your arrival, the Aqua Resort will provide you with a free breakfast. After breakfast your resort guide will verify your IDs and qualifications. See Terms for more on this. Then they will give you a tour of the property and amenities. The tour will last on average about 90 minutes.

Once you book this deal you may cancel this offer without penalty up to 3 days before your arrival. If you must cancel less than 3 days before arrival, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $199. If you fail to attend the sales presentation you will also be charged this fee.

As long as you attend the sales presentation as agreed, there is never any fee.

Eligibility:
Although anyone may tour our program or stay at our resort, this offer is limited to people who meet the following qualifications:
You must be between 35-60 years of age; If you are married or a cohabitating couple, must travel with your spouse or your partner and have an annual household gross income of at least $75,000 yearly ; When you arrive at the resort presentation, bring two forms of identification including a government-issued ID (e.g. driver's license, passport, etc.) and a credit card; You must be a legal resident of the United States, Canada or Mexico; Cohabitating couples must show proof of a common address using driver's licenses, checkbook or utility bills; Children may accompany you during the tour provided. One promotional package per traveling party.
Please note that you are ineligible for this special offer if you have attended any Fiesta Americana sales presentation within the past twelve (12) months, or you are currently a Fiesta Americana Vacation Club Owner, or you are traveling in a group of two or more affiliated families.

Presentation:
Attendance at a sales presentation lasting approximately 90 minutes is required. If married or living together, couples must attend the sales presentation together to receive this offer; individuals may purchase separately. If you choose not to attend the presentation the hotel will charge the regular lodging rate upon check-out. The preview will take place at the Resort.

A $199 refundable deposit is required at the time of booking trough a major credit card. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion.
The reservation is not transferable. Limit one offer per family, household or traveling party, this offer is not valid for group traveling. Offer is subject to change without notice. Airfare/transportation, parking, additional expenses and applicable taxes, if any, are not included with this offer.

Room Reservation:
Accommodation will be provided at the AQUA Cancun. Offer subject to availability and further black-out periods may apply. A credit card and confirmation letter is required at check-in on your arrival date.
Changes or cancellations made after the reservation is confirmed will have a $25 USD charge. Travel must be completed within 12 months of the original reservation. Additional nights may be purchased at a promotional rate subject to availability.
Cancellation of your reservation within 3 days of arrival or No-shows will forfeit package and package deposit.
