Grand Pacific Palisades Resort & Hotel is a world-class hotel and timeshare resort, located adjacent to (and with guest entrance to) LEGOLAND, California. The Resort's 12.2 lushly landscaped acres stretch along a ridge overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the Carlsbad Flower Fields; they contain a wide array of recreational amenities such as an Olympic-sized pool, three spas, a children's interactive water park and family pool, a fully equipped fitness center, and an activity center and game room for the kids.

The Resort is adjacent to LEGOLAND, California and the new SEA LIFE Aquarium, and it is an easy drive to all of San Diego's attractions including SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, the San Diego Wild Animal Park, Qualcomm Stadium, Sports Arena, and Old Town. The Resort is less than an hour's drive from Disneyland, Disney's California Adventure, Mexico, and the quaint mountain town of Julian. Our full-service concierge can direct you to a multitude of activities around San Diego County.

This stunning Southern California resort is located near the charming seaside village of Carlsbad, California. Just north of San Diego and south of Anaheim, Carlsbad is Vacation Central! Miles of sandy beaches, world-class golf courses, fine dining and great shopping are all within minutes' reach.

Standard Hotel Room includes either two (2) queen beds or one (1) king bed and full size sofa sleeper offering comfortable accommodation for up to two (2) adults and (2) children. Rate is based on four (4) guests. Relax and stretch out in one of the spacious hotel rooms. All rooms have amenities designed for work or unwinding with either a balcony or a patio. Our rooms capture the essence of style and comfort. With complete entertainment centers and data ports, they also come equipped with what you need to stay connected.

1-2 days after booking this vacation, you will receive a call from this resort. They will confirm your booking and provide you with any additional information you might need. Before attending the tour you will present to the receptionist your Trooval invite along with 2 forms of ID (i.e. driver license, passport or identification card AND check book, or credit card).

On the day following your arrival, you will meet with your vacation consultant who will verify your qualifications and confirm your IDs. See Terms for details. Then they will give you a tour of the property and amenities. The tour will last on average about 90 minutes. On the tour, the vacation consultant will ask you where you like to go and what you like to do as well as tell you about the opportunities within the vacation ownership program.

Once you book this deal you may cancel this offer without penalty up to 3 days before your arrival. If you must cancel less than 3 days before arrival, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $219. If you fail to attend the sales presentation you will also be charged this fee.

As long as you attend the sales presentation as agreed, there is never any fee.

This package requires a fun, relaxed and informative two-hour timeshare presentation sharing the benefits and value of owning within the HGVC family. There are certain qualifications that each guest must reach in order to take advantage of our deeply discounted mini-vacation package. Eligibility: This offer is designed for a specific clientele. Your individual or combined (partners or spousal) annual income must total a minimum of $75,000 and you must be gainfully employed. You must be a citizen and permanent resident of the United States, living in Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Texas or Washington. We ask that you speak and understand English without the benefit of an interpreter. Proof of identification and resident address is required at the time of the presentation in the form of a valid driver's license and a major credit card. Eligibility is restricted to clientele who currently have no foreclosures, tax liens, open bankruptcies, debt consolidation, judgments and/or debt restructuring. Promotional Item(s): Everyone who is eligible and attends the two-hour tour/timeshare sales presentation will receive a promotional incentive as specified in writing. This special package is a solicitation to purchase a timeshare. If the offered incentive is not available, the sponsor reserves the right to substitute a promotional incentive of equal or greater value in lieu of other incentives offered. Any recipient who receives a substituted incentive may request and will receive evidence showing that the incentive substituted matches the incentive randomly or otherwise selected for distribution to that recipient.

Accommodations: If you have chosen an overnight stay as your promotional incentive, reservations are based on space availability for up to two adults and two children sharing the same room. You and your family will be staying onsite in the hotel wing of the resort or comparable accommodations nearby. All overnight reservations are advance purchase packages and are non-refundable. We accept only major credit cards. If you need to reschedule your hotel stay, you must notify us a minimum of 72 hours prior to your arrival by calling 800-365-7779 to avoid additional charges. You must also obtain a cancellation number. If you fail to provide a 72 hour notice of cancellation, you will be charged the full retail value of the room plus taxes (approximately 10%). The retail value of packages range from $165 to $850 depending upon the season and length of stay. Upon check-in at the hotel, a credit card will be required for incidental expenses (including but not limited to: phone, food, movies, drinks, room charges). Additionally, if you check-in, but fail to attend the two hour presentation, you will be charged the full retail value of the room plus taxes (approximately 10%).
