When you arrive to the Welcome Center you will be setup to receive your personalized and fun tour of Festiva Resorts' the Ellington at Wachesaw Plantation East resort. You will be met by a sales representative who will escort you to the preview center located at the resort. At the resort you will take a walk-through tour of a couple of our luxurious model units and the wonderful grounds. Once the walk-through is completed you will return to the sales office to discuss how you may get involved with Festiva Resorts and view our many buying options.  This tour usually takes 90 minutes of your day.

Once you book this deal you may cancel this offer without penalty up to 3 days before your arrival. If you must cancel less than 3 days before arrival, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $34. If you fail to attend the sales presentation you will also be charged this fee.

As long as you attend the sales presentation as agreed, there is never any fee.

You must meet certain financial qualifications and attend an approximate ninety minute timeshare sales presentation in order to participate in this promotion. This is a non-refundable, non-transferable package, which is valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Must be age 25 or older. If married, living together, or engaged, couples must attend sales presentation together; individuals may purchase separately. Pets are not allowed on tour.
